Custom Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests for bespoke furniture or custom modular installations must be submitted in writing within forty eight hours of the initial deposit payment to be eligible for a full refund. Once this grace period has passed our procurement team begins sourcing specific wood grades and specialized hardware which makes a full refund impossible to process. If a cancellation is requested after the material procurement has begun but before actual construction starts a partial refund may be issued minus a restocking fee. For projects that have already entered the cutting and joinery phase at our workshop we are unable to offer any form of cancellation or refund. This is because bespoke items are tailored to your unique dimensions and material preferences making them unsuitable for resale to other clients in our network. We encourage all clients to finalize their site measurements and style choices during the technical drawing phase to avoid the need for late stage cancellations. Our team will provide a detailed project roadmap so you are fully aware of when your order moves into the irreversible production stage. Ready Made Product Returns

For standard furniture items that are not customized or built to specific dimensions we offer a limited return window of seven days following the successful delivery to your premises. To be eligible for a return the item must be in its original condition without any signs of use assembly or damage and must include all original packaging. Clients are responsible for the logistical costs associated with returning large furniture items to our central warehouse facility including specialized handling and transport fees. Once the item is received and inspected by our quality control team to ensure no structural or aesthetic damage has occurred we will process the refund. Please note that shipping and installation charges are non refundable as these services are completed at the time of the initial delivery. If an item is returned with missing components or damage caused by improper handling after delivery a depreciation fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. We recommend using our authorized logistics partners for returns to ensure the furniture is handled with the same care we provided during the initial transit. Material and Finish Discrepancies

Once a refund has been officially approved by our administrative team following an inspection or a valid cancellation it will be processed using the original method of payment. Final Sale and Clearance Items

Items purchased from our clearance section or during specific warehouse sale events are sold on an as-is basis and are not eligible for refunds returns or exchanges.
